
We provide mentorship and life coaching, legal services, and re-entry tools to young men, ages 18-21, who are incarcerated on Rikers Island.
OUR MISSION
PROVIDING CIRCLES OF SUPPORT INSIDE RIKERS
The La La Land Foundation's “ThreeSixty" program offers young men at Rikers, specifically the Robert N. Davoren (RNDC) Complex, mentorship, meaningful connection, and tangible support that helps them be heard, grow, and reintegrate upon release with a deeper understanding of themselves and others.

At ThreeSixty, we have seen what happens when
Judgement is replaced with listening,

We envision a growing network of young men who return home with renewed strength, ready to support one another, lead in their communities, and break cycles that once seemed impossible to move past.
HOW WE SUPPORT OUR YOUNG MEN
1. Rikers Program

Group Dialogue, basketball, teambuilding activities, and guest speakers that support emotional well-being, reduce violence, and build leadership skills.

Consistent advocacy and personalized case support to meet individual needs.
2. Post Sentence Support

Legal Assistance and reentry planning to help navigate challenges and reduce barriers to successful reentry.

Ongoing phone and mail follow-up, along with peer support, to maintain connection post-release.
3. Reentry & Leadership

A supportive space to build community with peers and connect with partner resources including counseling, housing, legal support, education,
and workforce development. -
Access to new networks,
peer mentorship, leadership development, and advocacy training.
