ages 18-21, who are incarcerated on Rikers Island.

SUPPORT OUR WORK
Business Partnership
If your business is capable of providing a charitable donation above a certain amount you can help sponsor specific programs that allow us to provide consistent support for our young men during detention and as they transition home.
Provide a Career Path
Are you in a position to offer workforce development opportunities, such as a job or internship? We’ll match you directly with a participant who’s recently come home and is ready for their next step. You’ll hear their goals, learn what they need, and decide if you’re the right fit to help.
Support A Return Home
Offer housing, mental health counseling, or access to healthcare for participants returning home from incarceration. Your services help create the stable foundation needed to focus on the healing and growth process after reentry.
Lend Education & Legal Support
Partner with us to provide GED programs, educational pathways, legal advocacy, or youth justice services. These resources are critical to helping adolescents reclaim their futures and navigate their rights after incarceration.
